The opportunity for professional development is an invaluable piece of the UICCU culture. The Emerging Leaders program gave me the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and enhanced my professional expertise. I feel very thankful to have started as a part-time teller and four years later I am managing the branch where my credit union career started.
