Job Title:Director of Digital
Description:The Digital Director is responsible for leading and optimizing the credit union's digital banking solutions to deliver secure, seamless, and member focused experiences. This role oversees the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of digital channels ensuring alignment with member needs, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals. Working cross functionally with internal teams and external partners, the Digital Director drives innovation, enhances adoption, and ensures reliable, compliant digital delivery that supports the credit union's mission and growth. As a product manager the person in this role must be passionate about creating and delivering an exceptional digital experience to our credit union members. The Director is responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, while driving employee growth and development. More info...
Requirements:Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
(1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree)
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Model exceptional service to both internal and external members and demonstrate a strong commitment to the organization's Do More Good culture by leading by example, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting our core values in all interactions.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and manage performance modifications in accordance with UICCU policies to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
Oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities and scorecard objectives by setting and holding staff accountable to clear goals, providing regular feedback, and facilitating effective communication.
Manage all technology and address internal and external member feedback in order to enhance and improve the member experience.
Create and present reporting, trends and supporting recommendations/solutions related to digital products.
Partner with internal stakeholders to drive member and staff awareness.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure appropriate partnerships support digital goals and objectives.
Prepare, manage, and adhere to the departmental budget by forecasting expenses, monitoring expenditures, and implementing cost-saving measures to ensure financial efficiency and accountability.
Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance departmental efficiency, reduce costs, and support overall organizational goals.
Effectively manage and resolve internal and external member escalations by identifying issues, implementing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
Pay Rate:$69,266.00 Salary
Hours:Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Location:First Street Branch, Champaign, IL
