Business Member Service Representative
The Business Member Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service to credit union members by assisting with business account and loan needs, transactions, and inquiries. This role serves as a primary point of contact, building strong relationships while identifying opportunities to educate members on products and services that support their financial well-being.
Salary Range: $23.73 / Hourly
Location: First Street Branch
Director of Member Optimization
The Director of Member Experience Optimization is responsible for resolving complex member issues, overseeing fraud resolution, and driving continuous improvement across member experience operations. This role focuses on eliminating systemic service and fraud-related issues, improving resolution outcomes, and ensuring scalable, member-centric service experiences.
Salary Range: $69,266.00 / Annually

AVP of Branch Management
The AVP of Branch Management is responsible for the overall management of the retail experience for our members. The primary focus is to ensure that the Branch Managers have the appropriate training and resources to execute on that strategy.
Salary Range: $87,050.00 / Annually

Mail Processor & Teller
The teller serves as a versatile frontline team member responsible for processing all incoming mail transactions as well as financial transactions in our drive-up areas as needed. A teller is essential in building strong member relationships, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting the credit union’s commitment to service excellence and operational efficiency.
Salary Range: $16.19 / Hourly

Universal Service Representative, Teller
The Universal Service Representative (USR) is a financial mentor that listens to our member needs. They look out for our member’s best interest and provide guidance on solutions to improve their financial life.
Salary Range: $17.19 / Hourly

The Universal Service Representative (USR) is a financial mentor that listens to our member needs. They look out for our member’s best interest and provide guidance on solutions to improve their financial life.

Director of Mortgage Business Development
The Mortgage Director is responsible for overseeing the credit union’s mortgage lending operations, including first mortgages, home equity lending, underwriting, and loan production activities. This role leads and supports Mortgage Loan Officers and underwriting staff to ensure an exceptional member experience, sound lending decisions, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Salary Range: $100,000.00 / Annually

Home Equity Loan Specialist
The Home Equity Loan Specialist supports members through the application, processing, and closing of home
equity loans and lines of credit. This role works closely with members, lending partners, and internal teams to
ensure a smooth, accurate, and compliant lending experience.
Salary Range: $25.00 / Hourly
Location: Five Points Branch
Consumer Loan Officer
The Consumer Loan Officer proactively engages existing and potential members to identify member needs and promote appropriate loan and deposit products. This role focuses on building relationships through digital channels ensuring an exceptional member experience.
Salary Range: $21.22 / Hourly

Lobby Services Specialist
A Lobby Services Specialist is a financial coach that listens to our members’ account needs. The goal of this position is to enhance the service experience for our members, look out for our members’ best interest, and offer solutions to improve their financial life.
Salary Range: $21.22 / Hourly
