Talent Development Specialist
The Talent Development Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, facilitating, and continuously enhancing enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives that support employee success, operational excellence, compliance, and organizational performance. Partnering closely with leaders, subject matter experts, and business units, the Talent Development Specialist identifies training needs and develops engaging, learner-centered solutions that equip employees with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to perform confidently and consistently in their roles.
Salary Range: $23.73 / Hourly
Location: Five Points Branch, Urbana
Member Experience Training Specialist
The Member Experience Training Specialist is responsible for delivering hands-on training and mentoring to member-experience team members. This role supports skill development by providing real-time instruction, modeling excellent member service, and reinforcing operational procedures. The trainer partners closely with branch management to ensure consistency in service standards, compliance, and product knowledge, helping employees build confidence and deliver an exceptional member experience.
Salary Range: $23.73 / Hourly
Location: First Street Branch, Champaign
Member Support Agent, Phones
The Phone Agent is a financial mentor that listens to our members’ needs. Phone Agents look out for our members’ best interest and offer solutions to improve their financial life. The Agent will expertly represent UICCU and form professional relationships with our members.
Salary Range: $21.22 / Hourly
Location: First Street Branch, Champaign
Teller Lead
The Lead Universal Service Representative serves as go to and mentor for frontline team members. This role combines traditional teller duties with member service responsibilities, including processing financial transactions, opening new accounts, resolving member inquiries, and identifying opportunities to recommend appropriate products and services.
Salary Range: $19.19 / Hourly
Location: Kays Branch, Normal
Universal Service Representative, Teller
The Universal Service Representative (USR) is a financial mentor that listens to our member needs. They look out for our member’s best interest and provide guidance on solutions to improve their financial life. The USR will expertly represent UICCU and form professional relationships with our members.
Salary Range: $17.19 / Hourly
Location: Kays Branch, Normal
Universal Service Representative, Teller
