Whether you’re guiding a teen through their first paycheck or teaching smart money habits early on, these accounts are designed to make it easier for both of you – with the digital tools you’d expect, plus a few features made with families in mind. In your free digital banking, you can easily transfer money, monitor accounts, enable card spending limits, set up transaction alerts, and more.
Here’s what you’ll need to get started:
- Parent’s ID (Drivers License, State ID, Military ID, or Passport)
- Minor’s birth certificate, state ID, passport, or Legal guardianship paperwork
- Copy of minor’s social security card

Parents or legal guardians must remain joint on the account at least until the minor turns 18 and can then request to be removed if desired.
