The E- Lending representative is a financial coach that listens to our member’s needs. E Lenders look out for the member’s best interest and offer solutions to improve their financial life.
Salary Range: $21.22 / Hourly

AVP of Talent Development & Engagement Strategy
The AVP Talent Development & Engagement Strategy leads the strategy and execution of enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives that strengthen performance, support regulatory training compliance, and reinforce a strong, member-focused culture. This role designs and oversees development programs aligned with organizational goals, assists with the performance management processes that drive accountability and growth, and ensures all required training is completed accurately and on time.
Salary Range: $77,625.00 – 116,438.00 / Year
Location: Five Points Branch, First Street Branch
Card Fraud Specialist
The Card Fraud Specialist is responsible for member fraud and dispute claims from start to finish in conjunction with our card processors and vendors, as applicable. The person in this role will identify fraud trends from filed claims and work with appropriate departments to mitigate losses.
Salary Range: $21.22 / Hourly
Location: Village Office Place
Partnership Program Member Success Liaison
The Partnership Program Member Success Liaison serves as the primary relationship manager for assigned partner organizations, responsible for deepening partnerships, driving new member growth, and expanding engagement with UICCU products and services.
Salary Range: $23.73 / Hourly
Location: Illini Union & Champaign/McLean Counties
