6TH ANNUAL TRICK OR TREATING WITH THE STARS

U of I Community Credit Union held their 6th Annual Trick or Treating with the Stars event on October 21, 2018, which was another huge success! The event took place at the Ubben Basketball Complex from 3-5pm.
Trick or Treating with the Stars is a free event open to the entire community. Attendees are able to meet and interact with the Illinois Women’s Basketball Team and special characters for a family-friendly trick or treating event. During the event, the kids receive free candy and can participate in fun activities such face painting, coloring, photo booth, crafts, Women’s Basketball poster signing and more. Kids are encouraged to wear costumes.
This year there was more room for more fun with activities in both the women’s and men’s gyms. Characters included Elsa, Belle, Minion, Captain America, Spiderman, Black Panther, Beast Boy, Bat Girl, & Robin. It was the first year that Orpheum Children’s Museum joined the event and featured live corn snakes and hissing cockroaches; a big hit!
