CHAMPAIGN, IL — U of I Community Credit Union (UICCU) has once again been recognized as one of the Best Credit Unions to Work For in the nation, marking the 10th consecutive year the credit union has earned the distinction.
The Best Credit Unions to Work For program recognizes credit unions that demonstrate excellence in workplace culture, employee experience, benefits, policies, and practices. The evaluation process includes an assessment of each participating credit union’s workplace policies and demographics, as well as an anonymous employee survey designed to measure employees’ experiences and attitudes about their workplace.
