¹Must be a verified member of the Select Employer Group (SEG) to qualify for the Partnership Loan program. No other discounts apply for either program. For Partnership Loan: Must have a credit score of 730 or above to qualify for the 3.00% Annual Percentage Rate (APR). Applicants with a credit score of 729 or below and/or those selecting a term longer than 12 months will receive standard APR pricing which will vary depending on individual creditworthiness, loan term, and other applicable discounts. Not all applicants will qualify for the Partnership Loan. All loans subject to credit approval and all applicants must qualify for and open a membership account at UICCU before loan funding. All loan programs and APR discounts are for a limited time and may be withdrawn without notice. Other restrictions may apply. Contact a UICCU Member Service Representative for additional details.
²Mortgage must close at UICU to qualify for the free appraisal. Cost of the appraisal will be applied as a credit at the closing.
