Our New Mobile Credit Card App is a Snap

You asked for it and we heard you loud and clear.  It was time for an easier way to manage your credit cards.  If you’re looking to check your balance, make your payments, and manage your card… then you’re in the right place.  Our new app can help with all of that and more!


New Features & Upgrades

We wanted you to have a simple, fast, and convenient way to access and manage your cards.  You can now make payments, set alerts, activate/deactivate your card, set travel notices, view transactions, and more.

Let’s get started and see how to use these new features!


Getting Started


Our app is available in the App Store for both iOS and Android devices.  Just search “UICCU Credit Cards” and we’ll be the one with the following image:

Make a Payment

Making a payment has never been easier!  With our new app, you’re never more than a few clicks away from making your payment.  Plus, you get to save some time by not making a trip or writing a check.  Easy, right?

How to Make a Payment

  1. On the “Account Summary” screen, tap on the card you’d like to make a payment towards.
  2. Tap on the “Make a Payment” icon at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Enter your payment information.
  4. Enter your payment date.
  5. Select the payment amount.
  6. Tap the “Make Payment” button.

The new credit card app will allow you to see your transactions in real-time, including pending transactions.  From there, you can view details and even dispute the transaction if something doesn’t look right.

Viewing Transactions

  1. On the “Account Summary” page, select the card you wish to view.
  2. You should now see a list of transactions in order, by date. You can also search for merchants, dates, or amounts.

Disputing a Transaction

  1. On the “Account Summary” page, select the card you wish to view.
  2. Tap on the transaction in question.
  3. Tap on the “Dispute” icon.
  4. Select the dispute reason.
  5. Enter additional details.
  6. Enter the amount of your dispute.
  7. Tap on the “Submit” button.

Alerts & Card Controls

Alerts & controls allows you to easily manage your card from your phone!  You can set up transaction alerts, and block/unblock your card without having to make a phone call or a trip.

Setting Up Alerts & Card Controls

  1. On the “Account Summary” screen, tap on the menu icon at the top left of the screen.
  2. Tap “Notifications Settings”
  3. Select either “Alerts” or “Controls”
  4. Follow the prompts to set up Alerts or Controls based on locations, merchant type, transaction type, and amount.

*To use location alerts and controls, you’ll need to allow the app to access your location.

Locking/Unlocking Your Card

  1. On the “Account Summary” screen, locate the card you’d like to block/unblock.
  2. On the bottom left of the card, tap the lock icon to either block or unblock the card.

Travel Notices

Set travel notices for your cards wherever you are.  We’ll take care of the card while you enjoy your trip!

Setting a Travel Notice

  1. On the “Account Summary” screen, select the card(s) you wish to use while traveling.
  2. Tap the “More” icon at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap on “Travel Notifications”
  4. Select the dates you will be traveling. (60 day maximum)
  5. Choose whether you are traveling domestically or internationally.
  6. Enter your destination.
  7. Tap the “Submit” button.
