Terms With this form, you authorize UICCU to extend your final loan payment for your applicable closed-end loan(s) by either one or two months, based on your marked selection. No payment will be required on your loan or credit card in the months deferred; however, you will be required to resume your regularly scheduled payment the month following your deferred payment(s). Interest will continue to accrue on your loan during this payment extension. Loan or credit card accounts must be less than 30 days past due and in good standing to qualify for a hardship payment extension. UICCU reserves the right to deny any request. Please note that any payment extension or deferment may reduce potential GAP claim or credit insurance benefits. Contact your provider for details. Automatic Payments UICCU will postpone, or temporarily stop, automatic payments that are initiated by UICCU to your extended loan(s) if hardship request is received at least 5 business days before the scheduled payment date. Automatic payments initiated by UICCU include: • ACH payments from another Financial Institution • Transfer payments from a UICCU account that have been set up by UICCU • Payroll Deduction payments that are initiated by UICCU UICCU will not be able to postpone, or temporarily stop, automatic payments for requests that are submitted less than 5 business days before the scheduled payment date or payments that are not initiated by UICCU. These payments include: • Payroll Deduction payments that are initiated by your employer • Transfer or iPay payments from a UICCU account that have been set up in iBranch • ACH and Bill Pay payments that are sent from another financial institution*
